Will V Brake Boosters improve my braking performance?

I've recently removed my entry level Shimano disc brakes and fitted brand new XT V brakes. To be honest the feel is better than I had on my disc brakes so I am chuffed with the results.
Will the addition of V Brake Boosters improve the performance of my brakes even further and can someone explain the benefits of these?
Thanks

the boosters
reduce frame flex.
Does your frame flex?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

TBH XT Vs are pretty darn good and IME only bettered by XTRs.0 -
nicklouse - thanks for the image. Can you recommend where to buy these from as I can only find them on Chainreactioncycles and they are only the plastic version. It may be that Shimano have discontinued the amazing Carbon ones shown in your image!
I can say with some certaintly that my fork flex's when my brakes are fully on as i experienced some vibration only a few days ago when slowing down from a high speed. My frame has dual seat stays so i guess that i will experience some flex from them when i put the rear through it's paces!
It seems like the conclusion is that I should experience some benefit in fitting these to my V's0
