If you're at all worried, next time you walk up Snowdon, take your mountain bike with you. The people in MBR push their bikes up Snowdon all the time, and they're proper mountain bikers!

A true mountain biker would always find the time, live for the moment  .

Besides when you were rambling on Snowdon, were you checking out lines, wishing you were on the bicyclet... this is the true acid test.

It was close, but I think you'll pull through. Now take a ride once a day after meals until you feel better.
