I have a broken pair of these, on the buckle that you can wind in to tighten well the plastic tag that is sewn to the shoe has broken, i know these can be replaced but is there much aggro and cost involved in getting these replaced?
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

    All the straps and things are replaceable - and not expensive but if it the part that is sewn on you couldn't just change the parts - you'd probably have to send it back to them.

    How old are they?

    About a year give or take.

    Sidi make good stuff - and they're obviously expensive so I would contact them and see what they say. I'd be surprised if they didn't replace them if it wasn't just a part needed.
