Sram X-0 Derailleur

Hi,

I have (had!) a Sram XO derailleur attatched to my Stumpjumper HT. I think it's an 06 model. ( here's my bike: http://www.specialized.com/gb/en/bc/SBC ... &gold_ses=).


I'm looking to buy and fit a replacement Sram xo myself, rather than just ask the bike shop. Would a 2007/08/09 SRAM derailleur work just as well? I can see some good deals. Some new models have a carbon outer cage - is this better than the aluminium cage on the 06 model?

Also, does anyone know where I can buy a Specialized rear derailleur replacement hanger ?
