Man, I love a good burger and that sounds awesome. Are you sure there were't any pickles in there though?

I had a milano salami, mature cheddar and chilli relish bun with quavers in. Crisps in sandwiches; gotta be done 8)

I had sald with coleslaw and potato salad. Not very interesting really. I also had some baguette with Duck and Orange pate too though, so that was quite good. Followed by some crisps, an apple and a little chocolate biscuit bar thing.

    Semi healthy

For lunch today I had toasted wholemeal pitta bread, red pepper and pesto houmous, and sliced chicken.

For dessert I had a rainbow fruit salad and a yogurt.

A word to the wise. If in your local town/city you have a Revolution bar get your hands on a revolution card.
It gets you BOGOF on burgers everyday and they are beautiful almost a work of art.
The card cost £4 and you get lots of other great deals too.
They aint cheap and nasty burgers either!!

  • best burgers are home made from lean steak mince, just loads of black pepper, pinch of sea salt & some chopped onions and served with thick red cheese slab and a lovely soft white cob. yum.

personally a can of coke at my bike ride pitstop for sugary goodness and a big salad when i got home
