I am a beginner too , but its only just over 60 miles. Have a decent breakfast of porridge and a banana , drink a decent amount of water an hr before the start have a strong coffee and go.Take a spare bananna and a snack and some water.
Unless you are treating it like a race in which case a bit of carb loading the day or so before may help.
