Whoppee! SportTracks running on Linux!!!!

Just noticed that the latest version of SportTracks runs on Linux using Mono.
This is fantastic news, as my only use of Windoze at home for the last couple of years has been to use Training Center or Sport Tracks using VMWare which is painfully slow.
For the 605/705 daily tcx files can be read directly from the History directory but 305 users will have to struggle with garmintools (or similar)

Ace! Are there instructions on how to manage it? Just run the installer?
Also, do you know if there is a guide for getting the data out of a 305 and into SportTracks?0 -
