I have purchased a decathlon Rockrider 5.3 this morning. I have had a couple of serious problems with the bike after my first run.
1) The gears are very difficult as you try to go up A GEAR you have to stretch the gear leaver a lot, this causes you to miss a shift a lot of the time.
2) Another major issue I had was that the peddles are really low so when ever there is a change in the surface pitch I heel keeps hitting the ground, this happens a lot on bumpy surfaces.
Can someone please tell me what I can do about this; is a bike problem or just the way the bike is designed?
The peddling is a real issue as it affects me alot when the terrain is uneven, could the bike be to small for me? Its a size Large (19") I think and I am around 5.11/6ft.
