Wrap it around your back or onto a rucksack set to flash with arrows pointing to the offside indicating your presence and that vehicles should give you a wide berth?

Takes AA batteries, not sure if the LEDs will be red or white, they look a little coloured in the picture.

What do you think ?

Dayglo yellow will light up in a drivers face way better - you have better of 6 square feet of blinding yellow in his headlights when wearing a good top. all that thing will do is p*ss people off.

Not to mention, it's illegal in that photo as it is obscuring the car number plate.

Isn't it just for when you breakdown? Like, so you can leave your car and not worry about it getting rear ended at night. :?

Why not, that thing would look pretty cool pinned to the back of a messenger bag or something! I think I'd be inclined to strap is to my wee rucksack vertically. Nice!

It would need to be a pretty big messenger bag. I've got the largest model Chrome messenger bag and I'd struggle to fit that on it comfortably.

At £10 + postage why not just go to your LBS and buy a decent rear light (Smart 1/2 watt is a good one for £15 or less) which will not only be brighter, easier to fit/remove, and will be designed for the job, but will let drivers know what it is they are dealing with. Why pretend you are a stationary car?

Fair enough. Sorry, I shouldn't be so disparaging of those who think outside the box.

If anyone buys one and gets it to work it would be interesting to see.
