Close call.... white van!!!

Out for a ride today, right up agsinst the side of quiet country road, car approaching from the front, white van flying along road from behind, ..... squeal of tyres on road behind me...... "Southern Harvesters" white van reg ending UTW left many meters of tyre on the road avoiding hitting either me or the on coming car.
My closest call yet! Missed by around a meter. Phew!
Chap just geared down & took off.

Spotted him again later when riding back into town. Hmmm.....

    Try not to think about it again and try and stay relaxed. The less you get bothered by those the more enjoyable your rides will be.

    I've had plenty a nice ride ruined by my own short fuse.
