These aren't out just yet but they are designed by Brant Richards (ex of ~On One, so should be good)

or, one of On ones designs:-

both will take 6 inch forks and should take some abuse. mates who have the 456 rave about it :D

456 summer slacker would be pretty cool.

If you want something really nice then the new evil sovereign when it comes out. Also the cotic BFe is worth a punt.

If you really want a 1.5 steerer tube (say you already have the forks) then you might end up with a custom jobbie!

neither the 456 or the summer slacker have 1.5" headtube :(
  • doing a 1.5in headset in a steel frame is pretty heavy - that tube adds a bunch of weight.

    in alloy it's ok.

Our Ragley Blue Pig frame (the steel one), with 1.125in headset is very strong though - we have passed the new CEN tests which lots of other frames haven't.

Alternatively we are working on an alloy frame, which has the same geometry, but does have a 1.5in headset. That's in final weight-paring testing right now. Target weight is around 3.7lb.

Any idea when the frames will be in stock. Already been in touch with 18Bikes re a custom build! :D
