Raleigh AT30 Mens vs Carrera Vulcan 08/09 which should I buy

Hi can someone please help me. I need to buy a bike for this weekend. I mainly need it for weekends for use through parks etc.. I have a budgit of maximum £300 but would like to spend around £250. I have found two bikes available for this price the Raleigh AT30 Mens 2009 and the Carrera Vulcan 08/09. I cant really tell which is the better bike. I need to make a dicission really quick so any would be much appreciated
