any good bike mechanics in south wales?

Me and a friend ride pretty often mostly on mountain bikes and we are looking for someone to service them every few months, the bikes are well maintained but everytime the bikes goes in they never seem to set the gears spot on, i have also just bought a road bike and am having trouble setting them up, its brand new but not 100% setup (just gears need sorting) im willing to pay someone for sorting it and if someone wants work now and then when they need servicing, so anyone capable and willing from south wales let me know.

    I cant fault Tredz in Swansea or Skyline they have both done fine jobs on both my bikes.
