Had a stumpy for a while now and want to do a few upgrades/changes but need some adice.
Existing rims & tyres are ok but I could do with an extra set for road use.
I know the cheaper option would be just to change the tires over but Im lazy.
Am I better using the existing rims for the road and buying a better/tougher set for trail. If so whats recommended. or, would you keep the Swiss 420's for trail and get something else for road use.
Whilst were on the subject of changing things the original organic brake pads will need replacing soon. I've seen Sintered, Organinc & Kevlar.
Whats the advantages/disadvantages?
Last question for the min. Is there any advantages in changing/upgrading the brake rotors.
