Fixed Build - Gazelle - 80's

Just bought this lovely Gazelle frame:



with the intention of building as a fixed-wheel. I have a bit of experience with 'modern', geared road bikes, but here I'm in the dark; not sure about brands, sizes etc

Please help me compile a list of items I'll need for the build, and if anybody can recommend a particular brand/model for that component.... I was tempted to swing it at Condor cycles, let them sell me everything I need......not sure if that's a good idea though - £££!!

I don't have the frame yet so I'm unable to take measurements at the minute.

Right, here's what I know I'll need:

Wheels - Open Pros - hubs?? - Ambrosio - Goldtec??
Bars - Drops
Stem
BB
Crank
Cog
Seatpost
Front Brake - to be safe
Saddle - got!!
Pedals

Your recommendations please, and of course, any tips or additions most appreciated.
