Been to St.Foy/Les Arcs to MTB anyone?

Hi, has anyone been to St.Foy/Les Arcs to MTB? please let me know all about it, comments, tips, photos...anything, as I'll be going there next week, thanks a lot.

    Been to les arcs and going end of Aug again.

    Try and do the Vernettes Chapel run.
    Some awesome runs down from vallandry to bourg (if you can find them).

    You going DIY or with an MTB package? Where are you staying?

    Thanks for your reply Tuxpoo, I'll be flying there in a week time to stay at ST.Foy at the White room chalet and I'll be guided through different trails and dh I think...
