Azonic Steelhead Brake Adapter Plates

Anyone know where I can get a set of brake adapter plates for using v's on the rear of an Azonic Steelhead - they look kind of like these ones from OnOne?

I lost mine when I switched to discs and need them to complete my commuter build.

    contact your local Azonic dealer and they will order some in.

    not easy to find on the web.
