Did I spot a Columbia rider using his radio yesterday?

Watching the Tour yesterday, with 56 km to go I saw a Columbia rider who was about 7 riders from the front, look as though, firstly squeeze and then talk to his left nipple. I know there was a radio ban with all the riders included so is this Columbia rider enjoying his Tour de France a little too much or did he forget that his radio had been removed? Bit suss, ey!

    It was mentioned on Eurosport last night that Bert Grabsch looked as though he had a radio but I've not seen anything else about it.

    I thought he was clearly taking the piss as the camera bike came past.

    Cheers for that. Bit of a dull ard thing to do as the Camera bike was passing.
