ANOTHER Training Thread

Ive gone through the training threads and not seen anything thats for me really.

Firstly I shall give you the SP on me and my fitness and what I am aiming for.

I am 29, 5'10 and 11.4 Stone, i.e a skinny lad. I commute to work a total of 14m a day so not a great deal. I try and extend it and a couple of evenings to keep things interesting. I play 5-a-side wendy ball on a Monday evening and do a large ride at the weekend 30k+.

My aim is to increase my endurance and basically get quicker. I dont want to loose weight as I dont have a weight issue, so its simply increased speed and length of rides.

I have started upping the miles I do a week and I have also looked into swimming at least once a week and also doing some weights.

What sort of weights can I do that will help me? I dont want to become Mr Atlas but want some exercises that will help with my aim.

So, any ideas?
