Every BL00DY time I get something sent to me they're either:
Rude
Liars
Not on time
Too expensive
Rip you off totally on the customs & duty charges
or all of the above.
I reckon they must pay their staff like shite & someone sitting at the top of that company is rolling in it. :x
Waited in ALL day yesterday... so of course I had to phone up and nag them about it... quickly found out that their packages can't be traced knowing the destination + name, "you got to have a tracking number" they said. So I got that from the sender okay.
"yes it'll be there today". No it wasn't.
They wouldn't believe or accept that they wouldn't be able to find the place either... and I was like: "look, google maps & GPSes don't even do any good; if the local postman can't even find it, what makes you think one of your guys can? Please can you get them to call me first?"
"Sorry we can't do that" came the reply.
Finally they came today.
"I've been seaerching for the place for half an hour before I found it" he said.
ME: "well I did tell you" *hint* it might pay you to listen next time *hint*
This bloody box cost almost 300 bucks to send from USA to Tenerife!
Any more expensive & I would fly there myself to pick it up!
