Looks fairly genuine despite low feedback. I think the seller perhaps isn't the most computer-savvy person but still wants to sell on eBay.
Ask for a close-up photo of something you want to see more of (stem, rear cassette, anything that means they have to go and take a new photo) then you can be fairly sure whether they actually have the bike sitting there in their house.0 -
look like people use the C2W scheme to make money. in fact, he/she can make more money by selling the components individually."It is not impossible, its just improbable"

isnt this breaking the law cos they dont actually own the bike??0

You could always ask the seller to post a photo of both bikes side by side...0

They take Paypal (the scumbags selling obviously stolen bikes don't) so I think its legit. Boardman's look crap in white though.Cannondale Supersix / CAAD9 / Boardman 9.0 / Benotto 30000

It's in my constabulary..I'll check our system to see if we have any Bordman bikes on the stolen list.....
Believe it is illegal to sell on something on HP.

HP agreements are on the basis that the product belongs to the HP company until the final payment is made. I guess that the C2W scheme is no different.
So technically, if the original buyer fails to make his/her payments then the HP company would probably seek return of the bike! If it's not returned then it may well be considered as stolen, leaving the ebay buyer in possession of stolen goods!
I'm not a lawyer but this is my view of it.
Looks dodgy to me, ok maybe one "friend" with one bike, but 3 hmm....I'm getting bad vibes._________________________________________________

C2W means the bike is owned by the scheme 'organiser' unless it subsequently chooses to sell it to the user, until that time its not the users property but effectivley rented to them. I know most schemes sell on the bike at the end for next to (or actually) nothing, but until that time....

I reckon this guy or his mate are connected to Halfords somehow and are getting the bikes on staff discount and then flogging them.
That's my theory anyway.....0 -

with the price they are selling it for, i don't think they got it with staff discount.
i think they are bikes which was ordered but couldn't sell it on because they are missing the 'code' therefore they are not recorded in the computer system.
i heard some stories which a woman ordered a £30 DVD player from one of the high street store and end up getting a £500 HDTV instead when the delivery arrived, so she sold the TV to her friend for £300 and went into the shop to buy the DVD plyaer which she wanted in the first place and made some profit."It is not impossible, its just improbable"

Out of interest - what is the staff discount?0
