Hi, the title says it all.
I want to replace my stock tyres currently 26" * 2.00 for slick tyres.
I've searched the net and I can say that I have found tyres at 26" * 1.3, would these fit my MTB? I have a specialized hardrock. Or is 1.5 inches the minmum, it can handle? Thanks. Need it for commuting/on the road. Thanks.

It depends on the rims you are using. 1.3 may be a bit narrow for many MTB wheels though, don't think mine would take 1.3s.
You could always get some of these:

1.5" is about as low as I like to go with slicks/semi-slicks anyway for comfort reasons. Unless you are hitting roadie speeds all day long, skinny tyres are a bit of a waste anyway imo.You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.0 -

I checked that link, the 1.90" is thick for my liking.
Well on the rim it says 559*17.
And the 26" * 1.3 tyres from continental website says that the ETRTO dimension is 32- 599.
Does this mean it'll fit?

It will fit.
But don't use 26 inch tyres with fractions after them ie 26 x 1+3/8 - different diameters!0 -
