Hello all,
anyone able to explain what these figures mean ?, taken from the results for 20/06/09 - VTTA National Championship 25 (Men) winner was:
Pos Rider Club Time N1 N2 N3
1 Ron Hallam South Pennine R C 01:04:20 23.15 78 31-54
Mate of mine:
56 George Young Team Swift 01:04:09 11.20 58 31-28
finish time is obvious but the rest of it isn't clear to me.
Thanks.
Just worked out that N2 very probably = age, as i know George is 58.

The first is obviously the time they took for the 25 miles, either N1 or N3 will be the age standard plus or minus time. Not sure what the other one would be though.
N2 is age.
Actually looking at the positions I would say N1 is the age standard plus/minus time, just not sure what N3 is, unless it is a time split.0 -
Think Phil's right, N3 looks like half way split time.
BTW, 78 years old and doing 1:04 for a 25? Good effort I'd say.0
