newbie need some advice on bikes

Hi there

this is my first post here

i want to buy a carbon bike (my first one) i got two bikes under my look i need some advice on or if you got one of this bikes can you please let me know your experience with it

the bikes are : specialized tarmac comp 2009 and trek madone 4.5 comp 2009

    Why do you want to buy carbon? Is it because you've read some many of these forums and they all seem to say carbon is best?
    From the bikes you've shortlisted, I would suggest that you get a test ride on both and see which you feel happier on. We all have our opinions but at the end of the day it's down to personal preferance.

    went back to the shop and had a test ride on both....after a while....decided SPECIALIZED...

    ...pick up tomorrow... :lol:
