Front disc brake has started to squeek!

Was out on my bike today and the front disc brake has started to make a squeek once every revolution of the wheel.

Any ideas why it is? I check the disc and it was clean with nothing that could rub on it

    it will shut up with use.

    Caliper might be misaligned or the rotor might be slightly bent.
