In london for the summer,,, no bike.

Well I am in london for the summer and am looking to get some riding in.
Unfortunatly I do not have my bike, or access to a bike.
I was wondering if ther are any trail centers with reasonable access by train where I can rent a bike... Proabably alot to ask close to a city but you know...
