Hey
My chain is ever so slightly rubbing no matter what gear I am in.
Do I just adjust the tension screws?
I have been looking at videos, just wanted to make sure, I got it right.
Thanks
I assume high is pulling out and low is pulling in?

This sounds more like the cable tension which can be adjusted using the barrel adjuster where the cable enters the gear shifter on your handle bars.
The two screws on the mech adjust the limits of the mech - ie. how far out and in the mech is allowed to go. Generally if the mech worked fine and now you have the chain rubbing on the mech in all gears I doubt screw adjustment on the mech will help any.
Give the barrel adjuster a try first.0 -
Its not the barrell, I have turned and turned and the mech wont stop rubbing.
Maybe I should push it out a tiny bit.

It was the barrell, just adjusted, lets just hope it shifts ok now as had to turn about 5-10 times.

Have you also checked the cage is parrallel tot he chain line, if it's not you'll have solved one problem and created anotherIt's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
