Bent brake mounts...

The brake mounts on my charge blender frame are out of line .
Its an IS mounting plate, and the mounts are on a well constructed bite of thick metal, so simply bending them back is not possible - with the tools I can improvise.

Is it possible to get the two mounting holes faced, , so that they are inline with the wheel and the disk?

or do I need washers (spacers) that are thicker on one side and thinner on the other?

Is it possble to bend the plate inline - like you would with a mech hanger (with proper tools).

Thats all I can think of at the moment, It wouldn't bother me, but the pads rub on the disc, and this is not possible to fix because it is not inline. I'd be happy if someone could give some advice, thanks. :)

It is bent to the extent that the brake rotor rubs the top of one brake pad, and the bottom of the other  - I don't want to use the brake like that.

take the frame to a Bike shop for facing and maybe some manipulation first.
