Sorry if im posting in the wrong section but couldn't find anywhere else to post.
Im looking for a bike rack for my family but we have 2 cars that are completely different in design
Our first car: Mercedes Benz C220 like this one
and then our second: Saab 93.
So my question is, are there any bike racks that will fit onto both these cars?
I Would prefer rear mounted ones which can carry 3 bikes.
No car has a tow hook.
Thanks.[/code]

Hi
I got a 'high mount' bike carrier from Halfords. Does its job, and is secure. Quite adjustable too, and suitable for hatches and estates.

Because it's high mount, you dont need a lighting/number plate board either.
I've got a Toyota avensis hatch and it fits ok.
(ignore the daft angle my bike is at... combination of 'oversized' frame tubes and sloping top tube mean it does't sit very straight lol)
There is an accessory bar that clamps to the seat post and handlebars and would allow the bike to sit straight, but it's £16 lol.
Why has my sig been removed by the admins???0 -
okay, cheers for that man, I will have alook tomorrow hopefully.
Much Appreciated.Part of the Left-handed CommunityTM0
