Help me to choose some bicycle accessories please

I am on the look out for some accessories for my bicycle and was wondering whether you lot could help me out as I know very little in the way of what is good or not.
Here is a list of the things that I need:
Locks - Secure D lock and chain/extension cable
Lights - Front and rear
Mudguards - Front and rear
Cycle computer - All I really need are speedo, mileometer and total mileage covered. Must be reliable and well built.
I don't really know my budget for each item as I don't know what my money can get me but I don't want anything rubbish but I also don't want to break the bank. Midrange I guess I'm after.
If you could, I'd appreciate it if you can supply me with either links or give me the exact brand and model name.
Cheers 8)

computer:

Lock:
Best possible lock you can afford. Kryptonite do some pretty hefty stuff. You should check with your insurers to see if they have any specific reccomendations though.
DO NOT TRY TO SAVE MONEY ON A LOCK, IT WILL ONLY END BADLY!!!0 -

Or if you do have insurance, then the cheapest/lightest lock that will satisfy their requirements is all you need, since if it does get broken you are covered. There isn't going to be much practical difference between two insurer-approved D-locks. (And they won't be particularly cheap or lightweight!)
I have one of these:

Only downside is it weighs an awful lot. I've given up carring it to work in favour of a lighter weight, non-approved cable lock - luckily I work on a secure site so the chances of anyone pinching my bike from there are pretty slim.0 -
Cheers guys.
Yesterday I spent near £250 on accessories
That front light looks like a corker so I bought that along with some rechargeable batteries and recharger but I decided to go for this rear light instead.
I bought those mudguards that were linked to but in black rather than grey.
Instead of that cycle computer I went with this one as I think it looks a bit better.
That RRP NeoGuard mudguard looks ingenious so I bought one.
As for the lock, I went for the Asus granite X plus 54 as linked to above along with this extension cable which should prove to be adequate enough.
Along with all of the above I also bought some SixSixOne Raji gloves, a dhb chainstay protector, a Topeak master blaster mini pump to go along with my track pump at home and a Zefal Doowah trouser tie to stop my clothes from ripping on the chain ring.0
