Anyone know where I can get hold of spokes for a pair of Mavic Crossland wheels online please?

Yes, round straight pull. Struggling to find them online, so a trip into town is called for.

i just had a look and i think i had the older version which had regular spokes, there was a newer version which was straight pull so that explains the dificulty.

as per the norm nick is correct with his advice, i would recommend buying a few spares whilst you are at it just incase. let me know where you find them as i might get a few for just incasey moments with my crossmaxs

  • Sorry for the long delay in replying, but I had a real struggle getting hold of these.
In the end I used TS Cycles in Long Eaton, Derbyshire. They can get hold of all things Mavic, and I got my spokes at at cost of 65p a throw, though you have to buy a minimum of six.
    Hope this is of use.

  • I had a fair old time getting hold of the flat blade straight pull spokes for my crossrides - my lbs (AW Cyles in Reading) finally got hold of some by going to the mavic dealer with a pack of biscuits as a bribe.

I had been trying to get hold of a pack of ten to have some spares but that was proving tricky.....

  • This is a major problem for Mavic customers in the UK, has certainly put me off buying factory built wheels off of them. Spares need to be more readily available
