Hi I just purchased new parts for my specialized Rockhopper (Reba Teams 09) and was wondering if anybody knew of any trustworthy mtb shops which could fit this for me. hopefully close to the croydon area but i dont mind travelling within london for a shop with a good rep.

Cheers Sam

There is Moosecycles in Colliers Wood. They are a MTB specialist, and my LBS. bought a hybrid from 'em a couple of years ago to commute on.

You may need to wait a little while to get served, but this is usually because they are explaining things to other customers.

They are all MTBers and seem to know their stuff (although I am a roadie now - and they still serve me  )

    The website is www.moosecycles.com

cheers. I'll give them a go then I think the website looks pretty snazzy :D.

p.s. I used to have I.S mounts on my old fork and the new ones are post mount. I have a 203mm rotor am I going to have issues (the wheel is 20mm maxxle too).

I alway thought that Croydon was the place to go when you wanted parts removed from your bike

If you don't mind a bit of a mission and got a car, go to Nirvana Cycles on the way to Leith Hill/Holmbury St Mary near Dorking. It will be well worth it as they are great guys and very good mechanics.
