    After a complaint about it going down the last time they sent me an offer for an extra free month because of the inconvenience. Anyone else got that too?
    As it is failing again I Think it is more time for a refund....

    I don't care about the extra month, I count on it working right now, and this is unacceptable for an international company like Eurosport.
