Its upto you mate but seen as though your gonna be out on the road pedalling hard for about 1 hour I would suggest atleast some water.
I take fluids when doing 10 mile TT's but thats just me.

i dont use a botle for anything under a 30. but will be fully hydrated before i start.constantly reavalueating the situation and altering the perceived parameters accordingly0

I'm not sure why you wouldn't take some water along. If only in case your mouth gets dry.
Might even perk you up just a bit from a refreshment point of view. You don't have to even take a full bottle.0 -
well, i finished in a time of 1.07.50 which i was quite pleased with, however i did find that towards the end i couldnt hold the aero tuck and my glures were really hurting, what kind of stretches to do ppl do to help with the necessart flexibility, assuming thats the problem. Obviously in the short term raising the bars will do, but i'm thinking in the long run. Also, has anyone got a good guide on how to set up a tt rig as mine was getting rather uncomfortable towards the end, thanks.0

Because you lose time when drinking. I don't normally take a bottle for a 25 or under. Just make sure you are well hydrated beforehand and get your nutrition strategy right. No one should need a bottle for a 10 mile TT.0
