Mainly, any pointers on what setting to have the suspension on?Smash Smash0

Depends on entirely on your weight, did the bike come with a manual for the forks ?
I dont think there an air sprung fork so you may just have to get out there and play about with different settings till you find what your comfortable with, all forks feel different to start with then there's rider preference to take into account !!0 -
I found this, you can download the manual for your forks in adobe pdf format it should help you out

Where is the best place to go to get my gears reset, they seem a litle out of sync?Smash Smash0

Any reputable bike shop, it's called an indexing service, depending on the age of the bike and condition of the selector cables, you may want to get the cables replaced
I've recently had indexing done on two of my bikes and with the (inner) cable replacement it was under £20 per bike.0 -

Where about are you in the West Midlands? I may be able to recommend a decent bike shop to you... I've tried most!0 -
