have you set the air to what it says or have you set the sag to what you want?
is it dual air? read the set up info in the FAQs."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I set mine up using a zip tie and measuring the sag,to 20%.The settings I use are about 10psi less than what RS reccomend. Are you using the same pressures for the - and +?
I put 5psi more in the -.2006 Giant XTC
2010 Giant Defy Advanced
2016 Boardman Pro 29er
2016 Pinnacle Lithium 4
2017 Canondale Supersix Evo0 -
You don't say what model of Reba but assuming it's a Dual Air...
Empty both chambers (positive and negative).
Pressurise the positive chamber (top) and set sag to suit.
Pressurise the negative chamber to set bump sensitivity - ideally about 5 - 10 psi more than the positive chamber.0
