The smallest manual pump

Is the smallest manual pump a Topeak Micro ALT or does anyone know of a smaller one?

    But you don't actually expect it to pump up a tyre to a reasonable pressure in a reasonable time with reasonable effort? These pumps are 'pocket ware' pure and simple - if you want something light that works , get a CO2 inflator
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    I tried a co2 inflator many moons ago and didnt get with it at all. I understand they have come on in leaps and bounds, can you recommend one.
