Has this ever happened before?
Right now Astana has 5 of the top 7 in the GC. That's unlikely to remain, but they do have 4 guys all of whom have finished top 3 before (Lance, Contador, Kloden, Leipheimer).
Has it ever happened where one team had 4 guys in the top 5 at the end of the race?

Dunno, but I doubt it. A TTT always skews the top of the GC. Remember the Vuelta few years ago when US Postal won the opening TTT and spent the next week passing the gold jersey around most of the team? It won't stay top loaded with Astana riders.0

I know it's happened a few times that there's been 2 riders on the podium, most recently Albi and Levi 2 years ago0
