I NEED HELP, PLEASE!!

I have been looking around everywhere for a new three piece crank nut for my DK Cincinnati. one day i was riding along when i noticed my crank kept coming loose, i took them apart, and noticed that the left arm crank arm nut's threading was. i am not looking for the crank bolt, i am looking for a crank nut to tighten my bottom bracket and three piece cranks. please tell me were i can obtain one!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you take a photo of the old nut? is it off the standard thread side, or the reverse thread side? Does it have any writing on it at all? Is it nylock? (does it have a rubbery bit at one end of the thread).
