had a close look at my winter bike tonight and i never gave it a proper clean since january :oops: the chain is a bit stiff and a bit dry. Should i replace or is it safe to try and revive? cheers

    clean it and lube it and see, as a minimum swap out the stiff links if you have spare, if still no good replace

    thanks. i'll give it a try and see, my only concern is that it would break whilst out on a ride!
