Hi I have some Look pedals on the bike i have just bought. Are these peddles compatible with shimano spd-sl

That looks like the old 206 pedal which takes delta cleats.

Can you fit the delta cleats to any shoe with 3 hole fixing bolts

Yeh you will need delta cleats. Can be hard to come by as T think they have been superseded by Keos. I got some from Ribble not too long ago tho.

Delta cleats are readily available. The original pedals are superceded by Look Keos altho' aftermarket Look copies by eg Exustar are available

Yes, you can either buy Look Delta cleats (not Keo, they're different), or Exustar make some compatible pedals/cleats, or you can get some from Mike Dyason
