Give me some advice on this bike.....

I am going to buy a new bike in a few weeks and I am thinking about this bike:

Which is the specialized 09 Allez 27.

I am not looking to spend more than £550 / £560 so is this bike a decent bike for that amount of cash? Any info would be appreciated.

    a good value for money bike. The sora groupset is below what is considered entry level (105) - however I use sora on my daily commute and have done for 3 years without a hitch.

    thought I seen a wilier trestina mirage for £660 somewhere - you might want to google that - as that looked a really good deal.

    If your not in a hurry - there is generally a lot of price cutting in september as the 2010 bikes are launched.

    would this be a much better bike and worth the extra couple of hundred?

    I have the 2010 Alle Elite - basically the same as the 2009 Sport but red! So far so good but my first road bike so hard to compare to anything else.

    its a 2008 model and only in limited sizes (at this shop anyway) - worth scouting around though
