Stage 4 TTT start times?

As far as I know it's always in reverse order of the team general classement, so will not be known until the end of today's stage. Look for CLASSEMENT GÉNÉRAL PAR ÉQUIPES at the www.letour.fr site. As it stands now Skil starting first, Astana last.
First team to start at 14:30, last at 16:430 -
I would have thought that the times for each team starting depend on their positions in the team competition and so wont be known until today's stage is finished?
This site shows what time the first and last teams go off though (on CEST).

EDIT: FGS beat me to it0 -
Whats the time space between teams setting off, I thought it was 2 mins but it can't be if there is a 2 and quarter difference between first and last.
A quick calc I make it 7.5 mins is this right?0 -
Wiggins' Twitter just said they were off at 1622."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

So how did Astana manage that one? Most riders in the GC top 10?
Thought it was the maillot jeune's team who went off last."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
