cyclescheme - where to sign ?

ok - maybe the excitement is getting to me, my cyclescheme forms have arrived - it tells me to sign the enclosed hire agreement:-

it has signature of hirer (no problem I will sign here)

its the next bit which has me perplexed :-

then it has employers premises - where this agreement is signed by the hirer
signature of supervisor?
position of supervisor

do I need to get these sections signed ? - or do cyclescheme do this ?

    THINK- you get your manager to sign it. Speak to whoever sorts out your cyclescheme at work

    Yep your manager will need to sign it.

    yeah the manager does - I found the

    "Just sign the agreement and return it to us misleading"
