Which Replacement Forks????

I recently purchased a Genesis Core 20 with a pair of Tora 289 fitted. After a couple of rides I've realised I probably don't need such a big fork, think they have 120mm of travel.
My question is what could I replace them with without breaking the bank. I would want a shorter fork, thus lowering the front end. Also what would be a realistic price to request if I was to sell the Tora 289's??
