On One Scandal slot dropout brake hose length?

I'm interested in this frame, I notice from photos that the rear brake is in a strange position. Does anyone know what rear brake hose length is required (for say, the 18" frame)?
Also, can anyone recommend any other SS-ready frames that I should consider? Must have horizontal dropouts, I'm not running a chain tensioner.

I put my Hayes Sole brakes on my 18" On One frame with no problems, these came to me uncut and where they were too long for my 16" GT frame they were spot on for my 18" Inbred. The disc mount is inside the rear triangle which does limit your choice of calliper but the deteails of those not suitable are on the OO website, to me this give a cleaner look to the frame.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

Thanks redvee. It looks from the pic below that the cable is routed along the chainstay (and so the down tube), which would appear to make a longer route than the normal top tube/seat stay. Is this correct?
I am considering buying a "donor" bike and transplanting parts over. I might just buy one in XL to make sure the hoses are long enough. I'm thinking of using Juicy 3s, they would appear to be ok, in that they are not blacklisted on the OnOne website. I'll call OnOne anyway.08 Commencal Meta 5.5.2

Yes, the hose comes down the downtube and along the top of the chainstay. Just doing a quick length comparison on my compact road bike, the DT/CS route is slightly longer than TT/SS route by about 4cm on a 56cm frame which doesn't help on a MTB frame.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

Note that not all brakes go staright on the frame...hayes strokers rydes -160mm dont (as my mate found out), had to file away part of the I.S. brake adapter otherwise it was squashed into the weld on the chainstay/drop out and mis-aligned..heard of a few other people having fitting probs with various brakes aswell..email them beforehand stating what brakes you have to see if there are any known issuses.0

I emailed OnOne to ask about compatible brakes, they responded that they don't have a definitive list of brakes that fit or don't fit, and that some people have had problems with specific brakes, and other people have had no problems with the same brakes.
I also asked them what length brake hoses are required for the 18" frame. The response: Depends how long you want to run them at the front! I pressed further, asking what would be a minimum hose length that would give reasonable length at the front? The response: depends on your stem and bars.
They really aren't making it easy for me to spend my money with them.
I'd have thought that if you want to design and sell a frame where the caliper position and hose route are non-standard, you'd want to make it easy for customers. I'm now left in a position where I'm hesitating to buy.08 Commencal Meta 5.5.2
