Stupid brakes question

Hi sorry for this, but I am struggling a bit.
This is my bike:

The brakes have worn out so I was wiggling some new brakes and a load of other gear. But I cannot for the life of me figure out from wiggle site, which brake blocks to buy.
I was going to go for these babies:

But I want to be sure I am buying the right ones.
Can anyone let me know which brake replacements I can choose from?

Anythin that doesn't say campag on should be fine, I had the same problem when looking for pads for my tektro brakes, everything is shimano or campag specific, turns out shimano fits the ones that aren't campag.Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame

Best thing to do would be to have a look at the existing brakes. I'd have hoped on a bike like that you'd have the cartridge system. You should be able to tell fairly easily as you'll have a little screw (usually a small allen key type) on the brake block holder towards the rear, once this is removed you can push the brake block rubber part out and slide in a new one.
If you do have that system I'd strongly recommend grabbing yourself a set of the koolstop salmon pads like these:

Much better performance then the standard Shimano blocks plus they are great in the winter as the Salmons are better in the wet and the "plough" tip does a mighty fine job of clearing road crud off the rims as you brake, reducing wear on the rims and brake block :-)0 -
cheers guys. I've gone for the shimano ultegra ones as I don't think I have the cartridge system as I checked the brakes very closely at lunch - I had seen the kool stop ones and thought they looked good....0
