Stolen Marin recovered in Bristol - is it yours?

The police in Bristol have recovered a bike which they are sure is stolen, but can't match it up to a theft. It's an older Marin Mount Vision set up for commuting with a fat saddle and comfy tyres.

It looks like an older frame than a 2007 looks more like a 2002-2003.
