Young people, in a park?!? Disgusting! When I were a lad we knew better than to go outside, we knew we'd get eaten by immigrant paedophiles, I read about it in the Daily Mail

Unless of course they've actually been living in the park for 3 weeks solid, in which case, fair enough....

***EDIT: Haha, I've just noticed the time of those posts, you might have a case for head bashing actually!

nothing wrong with 'hanging around' at that time unless they are creating lots of noise/drinking or generally breaking the law

well the park in the mornings are usually covered in broken glass, beer cans and litter.

    Small children use that park

They're going to put your windows through. :(

I hate taking my kids to the park sometimes. I have to spend 5 minutes walking around kicking crap out through the railings before I want to let them play.

being a civilized teenager, it really annoys me that i get stereotyped typed as a yob, just beacuse i have long hair and sometimes wear a beanie to cover it up, add the fact im tall and reasonably well built, i get constant looks of get the hell out of here despite the fact ive got a criminal record as clean as a anthea turners bathroom!!!!!! and they supposedly assume im stupid, because all preople with long hair are obviously, bespite the fact i got straight a's at gcse and am doing well in my a levels. bring jacko back to screw over all f***in chavs and yobs, that'll teach em

    +1

thats the point I was trying to make earlier!

It sounds as though some people think I was for the unruly yobs!

    Well said lawman!!!

Totally agree with you, maybe it's about time we took some action towards this stereotyping of us young people and, "start bustin skulls"!!! However us being civilized teenagers we would have to be civilized about it. :)

Thats the problem though - there's a lot of stereotyping of people in this day and age unfortunately..... 1 bad apple = 1 spoiled batch I'm afraid.....

I own a house in a brand new area and outside my front window, I had an empty field which was cordoned off for development.... I was worried, as I knew there was going to be a play park put in the scheme somewhere, and to be honest i didn't want it there, despite having a toddler in the house....!

The reason = the 14/15/16yr old Chavs from the neighbouring council estate, (of which I know there are a few!) would invade the park in the evening deface it and spoil my view of the countryside and peaceful surroundings which contributed to my decision in purchasing the property!

Fortunately however, it was turned into some green belt area with nice trees and soon to be laid with grass etc..... :P

So unfortunately now the said council chavs will turn up at all hours on stolen scramblers and tear the place apart and be even louder than a play park would of been.....

Stereotyping and judging people by their appearance is a real cancer in our society. Jr and his mates are straight out of an epsiode of 'Drop In' but they are great teenagers and have a real sense of responsibility and consideration for others.

One of the neighbours always scowls like a bulldog licking p*ss off a cactus when the lads meet up outside our house but that's because the neighbour doesn't know them. How would they react if they saw James's dad's new 5-series or if they knew Matt's dad was a headmaster?
