need help 09 giant reign x1 or trek remedy 7

    Regarding the Trek Remedy frame.

    On the frame if you look through out there range is a different
    colour spot on the frame.
    This is in there Brouchure , this shows a different mix/grade of Aluminium
    So if you go for the say Remedy 7 It wont be the same strengh/mix
    of the say Remedy 8.

    There was a thread a while back and Two guys had broken there
    chain stays on a Remedy 7 at Glentress.
    I dont remember how they broke them but I would think twice.

    My advice would be buy a stronger frame lower spec and buy better
    parts when needed
